Cancellation Policy

By booking with Nicerz o/a Storypage Events, you agree to the following terms. A non-refundable deposit of 100% is required to secure your event date. Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received, and no services will be provided without full payment. All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, and cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable. One-time rescheduling may be accommodated within 72 hours notice based on availability; however, additional changes may be subject to fees. Each package includes a set duration, and additional time may be requested at a rate of $50 per hour. Delays caused by the client do not extend the scheduled end time. For outdoor events, services are weather-dependent. Clients are responsible for providing a suitable backup indoor location or shelter, and weather-related cancellations are non-refundable, although rescheduling may be offered based on availability. Clients must provide a clean, safe, and accessible setup area with adequate space for equipment, as well as access to power if required and appropriate parking/loading access. Failure to meet these conditions may result in limited or canceled setup without refund. Clients are responsible for all rented or provided equipment during the event, and any damage, loss, or theft caused by guests, pets, or environmental factors will be charged accordingly. Equipment must not be moved or tampered with once installed. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising all children at all times. Our staff are not responsible for childcare or individual supervision. Clients are also responsible for informing guests of any food allergies, and Nicerz o/a Storypage Events is not liable for any food-related reactions. Some services may be provided by third-party vendors, and we are not responsible for their performance, delays, or actions. Photos and videos taken during events may be used for marketing and promotional purposes unless the client declines in writing prior to the event.
